Go straight along the Jalan Tun Razak, you will find the following Buildings on your left: Istana Budaya Malaysia, Balai Seni Lukis Negara & National Library (Perputakaan Negara).
Follow KLIA / Seremban signboard & keep go straight till reach another signboard to Putrajaya/KLIA/Seremban.
Turn into the 1st tunnel & follow signboard to Putrajaya / KLIA
Go straight & turn into the 2nd tunnel. Follow signboard to Putrajaya/ Cyberjaya/ KLIA & keep to left lane
Turn to left for MAJU Expressway & follow signboard to KLIA/Cyberjaya/Putrajaya
Go straight for about 500m, you will see the 1st Toll Plaza of MAJU Expressway(MEX)
Once you cross the MAJU Expressway Toll Plaza, continue go straight & follow Putrajaya/Cyberjaya/KLIA signboard
Go straight until you reach to the 2nd Toll Plaza of MAJU Expressway (MEX). Turn to your left after cross the MAJU Plaza Toll & go straight until you see Putrajaya / Cyberjaya signboard
Go straight & follow signboard to Kajang/Dengkil/Putrajaya
Turn right & follow to blue sign board to Putrajaya/Precinct 1,2,7-16 until you see Apartments on your left
Continue go straight & keep left to follow sign board to Precinct 1, 9-16
Turn up to your left & follow the sign board to Precinct 1,8,9-16
You will reach the 1st traffic light, after the traffic light go straight and you will see a big blue vertical Precinct 9 signboard on your left hand side (there are apartments on your right)
Next is the 2nd traffic light keep to your right lane for Precinct 1,8, 10 sign (you can see a Secondary School on your left)
Turn right and you reach another (3rd)traffic light with T junction (in front you can see a tunnel) then turn right to Jalan P9G you can see the 3 storey shop lots on your left (Setia Putrajaya is location in the 3 storey shoplots) and terraces on your right with a Pondok Polis Community Precinct 9.
Go straight and turn left to Jalan P9G/7 to reach Setia Putrajaya Sales office.
