1. Which important tasks we are distracting you from with this interview?

I’m currently preparing the summary report and feedback form of every training session and teambuilding, so that we can ensure the effectiveness of course design and delivery.


2. Tell us what surprised you the most about your internship?

I was really impressed of how kind and friendly all of my colleagues are. They guide me every now and then be it on work or personal issues. Just this simple deed actually cheers me up. It has become a source of motivation that I forward to every morning.


3. What is the first thing that comes to your mind, when I ask you about the people at S P Setia?

Their passion and engagement. They give their all in their job. They don’t treat it as a task but a commitment. Team Setia as the name suggests, works in an environment cultivated with a strong team spirit, working together towards achieving the same objectives and growing together with the company. I believe this has served as the key to S P Setia’s success. I’m deeply impressed by such achievement.


4. Besides the job itself, what do you value that S P Setia offers its interns?

Personally I think that S P Setia provided a very good platform for training and development for an intern like me. I was taught on how to handle and build good relationships with colleagues and external parties. I also developed my soft skills, an important quality that I believe every Group Human Resources must master.


5. How was your development during your internship – who or what influenced it?

My colleagues truly care about my growth and ensure I continue to learn. I used to be an introvert but thanks to the encouragement of my colleagues I’ve managed to learn effective interpersonal skills. It is great to have them in my life knowing that they have my back at all times, ensuring that I’m on track towards a successful career.


6. Would you do it again?

Definitely!
