nOtice iS HeReBY GiVen that the Thirty Ninth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held at Function Room 1, Setia
city convention centre, no. 1, Jalan Setia Dagang aG U13/aG, Setia alam, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah alam, Selangor Darul ehsan on
thursday, 20 march 2014 at 11.00 a.m. for the following purposes:-

1. To receive the audited fnancial statements of the Company for the fnancial year ended 31 October 2013 together with explanatory
the reports of the Directors and auditors thereon. note a

2. To declare a single tier fnal dividend of 7 sen per share for the fnancial year ended 31 October 2013. Resolution 1

3. To re-elect the following Directors who retire in accordance with Article 93 of the Company’s Articles of Association and,
being eligible, offer themselves for re-election :-

(a) Tan Sri Dato’ Hari Narayanan A/L Govindasamy Resolution 2

(b) Dato’ Voon Tin Yow Resolution 3

(c) Datuk Ismail Bin Adam Resolution 4
4. To re-elect the following Directors who retire in accordance with Article 98 of the Company’s Articles of Association and,
being eligible, offer themselves for re-election :-
(a) Dato’ Khor Chap Jen Resolution 5

(b) Encik Zainal Abidin Bin Jamal Resolution 6

5. To consider and, if thought ft, to pass the following Ordinary Resolution in accordance with Section 129(6) of the
Companies Act, 1965 (“the Act”) :-

“THAT Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Wan Mohd Zahid Bin Mohd Noordin, who has attained the age of seventy years and retiring in Resolution 7
accordance with Section 129(6) of the Act, be and is hereby re-appointed as Director of the Company to hold offce until
the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting”.

6. To approve the payment of Directors’ Fees of RM896,000 for the fnancial year ended 31 October 2013. Resolution 8
7. To re-appoint Mazars, Chartered Accountants, the retiring auditors, as the auditors of the Company for the ensuing year Resolution 9
and to authorise the Directors to fx their remuneration.

Govindasamy to continue to serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company until the conclusion of the
next Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2012.”
