KL Eco City will bridge over the Klang river creating direct access from Federal Highway. The construction of six new bridges and ramps provide better connectivity apart from easing traffic and congestion in the area around KL Eco City. Construction for these bridges and ramps are already in the advanced stages and is scheduled to be completed by 2016. Upon completion, these multiple entry and exit points will provide superb accessibility to and from Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway and Jalan Bangsar.
The bridges and ramps will serve 7 million square feet of commercial space which include retail, approximately 3 million sqft of residences space, a unique heritage museum, approximately over 40,000 sqft of roof top F&B with alfresco dining space on the retail podium, a branded luxury business hotel – all offering unparalleled amenities for residents, travellers, employees and guests. Three flyovers are already constructed across the main highways while the rest are fast taking shape around the project site.
With 4.2 million square feet already under construction, S P Setia is well underway in forever changing the city's skyline and creating a vibrant new 24-7 community. S P Setia is thrilled to celebrate the incredible work and complex management undertaken and achieved by the development team, planners, talented engineers, skilled construction craftsman, and design partners. S P Setia looks forward to welcoming the first batch of purchasers in 2016 for the Strata Offices, followed by the opening of the retail mall and completion of Vogue Suites in 2017.
