One of the key factor that won Lepironia Gardens the ‘Project of the Year’ award was the meticulous efforts which was put into thedesignwhichencapsulate a sense of peace, calm and tranquillity within the development featuring a fresh manmade waterway that was
carefullydesigned as the main attraction. S P Setia further enhances the design of the entire site by replanting original site vegetation partly from transplanted trees and wetland plants. Native resident fishes were released into the completed waterways in order to create a balanced ecosystem. The Orchard Garden is included into the design to ensure birds & insect integration with plants for food and nectar which also invite butterflies into this lush garden.

On top of that, the Lepironia Gardens was also crafted with an eco-landscape approach, which inspires human integration with nature. This approach is not only focused on the importance of conservation and preservation but also creates awareness amongst the community about the need for a sustainable environment. Residents can look forward to a sustainable lifestyle, where they can flourish and grow alongside their family in a healthy environment.

Each area can be utilised for landscape and recreational purposes.

A majestic waterfall greets residents and visitors to Setia Eco Cascadia, creating a welcoming sight the moment they step into the entrance. The cascading design of the entire development was designed and built with respect to the topography of the land’s natural terrain. One unique feature of this development is the rear gardens of each home are linked together in an impressive network of linear gardens, inviting communal activities within this safely gated and guarded environment.
